2. Drone Videography Services

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm all drone shoots.
No refunds are applicable once the booking is made.
Clients may request rescheduling in case of bad weather or drone technical issues.
All footage rights are transferred to the client after full payment.
Raw footage can be provided on request, along with the final edited videos.
Saurabh Drone Video Service reserves the right to use small portions of footage for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

3. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

We offer both monthly contracts and one-time SEO services.
All payments made for SEO or digital marketing services are non-refundable.
SEO results are not guaranteed, as they depend on search engine algorithms and external factors beyond our control.
All client data, strategies, and communication are handled with complete confidentiality.

4. Payments

Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
All amounts must be cleared as per the agreed terms before project completion or file delivery.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All website content, images, graphics, and videos on saurabhseo.com are the exclusive property of SaurabhSEO.
Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
Clients receive ownership of drone footage or marketing materials only after full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by unforeseen events such as bad weather, drone malfunction, or internet/server issues.
Our liability in any project is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
